FINGER LICKIN' FRIDAY

The infamous (and somewhat illusive) white chocolate fudge has finally made it onto stylepot! As you may have read, this was the first fudge that I ever made! We got super hooked on it, but haven't made it for many years - until now! The New Year has meant a heap of entertaining, and having a slice or sweet treat in the fridge is just perfect. This white chocolate fudge is perfectly easy to make and even easier to pop onto a plate when visitors arrive!

What you'll need:
395g can condensed milk
60g butter
200g white chocolate
Hundreds and thousands or sprinkles of your choice to decorate

What to do:
Line a 20cm x 30cm slice tin with non-stick paper and set aside.

Combine condensed milk, butter and chocolate in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring continuously until the chocolate and butter have melted and you have a smooth, glossy mixture. Once glossy, pour mixture into prepared tin and sprinkle (generously) with your decoration of choice. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours or until set. Transfer fudge to a chopping board, slice into squares and refrigerate until desired. Enjoy!
